All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Flat Rate or Free Shipping (based on your store’s policy – you can update):

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ankur Organic, we handcraft each soap with care and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy on cancellations and refunds before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been packed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at feedbackankur@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
As our products are personal and handmade skincare items, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

To claim a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the package and invoice.
